Eric Colasuonno

Eric Colasuonno, CPA has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Eric currently serves as the Director of Finance at The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Assistant Controller at the same organization from January 2021 to May 2022.

Before joining The Jewish Federation, Eric was a Senior Auditor at SC&H Group from May 2018 to January 2021. Eric also gained valuable experience as a Senior Auditor at Toal, Murray, Day & Lalor CPAs LLC from August 2017 to May 2018, where they handled audit and attest client financials, as well as financial statement drafting and presentation.

Earlier in their career, Eric worked as an Auditor at Toal, Griffith & Ragula from September 2014 to August 2017. Eric started their professional journey as an Asset Protection Specialist at Best Buy from April 2005 to September 2014, where they focused on ensuring a safe environment for customers and employees and collaborating with law enforcement agencies on investigations.

Eric Colasuonno, CPA obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Towson University, which they attended from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Anne Arundel Community College from 2010 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Eric has earned the CPA designation from the Maryland Board of Accountancy in June 2017. Eric also holds a certification as a Microsoft Office Excel 2016 Specialist from Microsoft.
