Evan Hochberg

Evan Hochberg currently serves as Associate Vice President and Deputy Director for Israel & Overseas at The Jewish Federations of North America, a role held since April 2021. Previously, Evan held various senior positions at the World Jewish Restitution Organization, including Chief Operating Officer and Director of International Affairs, and worked at the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany as Director of International Special Projects. Early career experience includes positions in the New York City Law Department and Debevoise & Plimpton, as well as clerkships at the Constitutional Court of South Africa and the Maryland Court of Appeals. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (JD) from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Columbia College, Columbia University.
