Kal Marcus

Kal Marcus, MAJNM, currently serves as Talent Services Manager at Evolve Giving Group, where responsibilities include overseeing the applicant tracking system, managing the candidate experience, and executive search and talent acquisition. Previously, Kal held positions as Senior Associate Consultant and Associate Consultant in Talent Services, participating in DEIJ and Culture Committees, and strategic staffing consulting. At FSU Hillel, Kal directed Jewish Student Life, managed engagement strategies resulting in a nearly 200% increase in student participation, and supervised program staff. Earlier experience includes volunteer roles with Gold Coast Region BBYO and Hillel of Broward and Palm Beach, along with positions as Lead Youth Advisor and Hebrew School Teacher. Kal holds a Master's degree in Jewish Nonprofit Management from Hebrew Union College and has a background in education from Florida Atlantic University and Palm Beach State College.
