Roberto Gattegna

Roberto Gattegna is a specialized ophthalmic surgeon with extensive experience in cataract surgery and retinal diseases. Currently serving at Ospedale israelitico since November 2016, Roberto has focused on advanced ophthalmological procedures. Prior to this role, Roberto worked at IRCCS Fondazione Bietti from January 2015 to June 2019, where the emphasis was also on retinal diseases. Educational credentials include a degree in Medicine and Surgery from Università degli studi di Roma “Sapienza,” obtained between 2001 and 2007.
