Jeff Springer currently serves as the Executive Director of the Jewish National Fund of Canada since September 2017. Prior to this role, Jeff held the position of Senior Vice-President of Corporate Affairs at UJA Federation of Greater Toronto from January 2004 to April 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing governance operations and managing numerous internal departments. Jeff's leadership in governance improved board effectiveness by 35% over four years, and as Campaign Director, successfully led a team that raised $30 million from annual donors, achieving a 25% increase in donations. Jeff's educational background includes a Master's degree in Jewish Communal Service from Brandeis University, a Certificate in Performance Measurement from Harvard Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Toronto - New College.
