Community Impact Project Coordinator at Jewish Philanthropies of Southern Arizona

Arielle Shemesh has a diverse work experience that includes roles in both the non-profit and military sectors. Arielle started their career in 2016 as a Sergeant Coordinator of Government Activities in the West Bank for the Israel Defense Forces. In this role, they successfully coordinated civilian requests and ensured effective communication between the Israeli Government, Israeli Defense Forces, and the Palestinian Authority. Arielle also gained leadership skills and supervised a platoon of up to eleven soldiers.

In 2019, Arielle worked as an Advocate at the Tucson Jewish Community Center, where they provided one-on-one support to a special needs camper in an inclusion program. Arielle'sresponsibilities included monitoring the camper's well-being and facilitating their integration with the rest of their camp group.

Most recently, in 2022, Arielle joined the Jewish Philanthropies of Southern Arizona as a Community Impact Project Coordinator. In this role, they specialize in volunteerism and is responsible for managing and implementing multiple non-profit projects. Arielle collaborates with various organizations in the region and has created a volunteering portal to engage users and optimize customer acquisition and retention.

From 2019 to 2022, Arielle Shemesh attended Reichman University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Digital Innovation.
