Caroline “Carrie” Appleby is JSSA’s Chief Financial Officer. In this role, she oversees all aspects of finance and medical billing. As Chief Financial Officer, Carrie focuses on agency growth and adding fiscal technology to support expansion.
Carrie comes to JSSA with extensive experience in finance and operations management. Most recently, she worked at Green Door Behavioral Health as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. She was also a former member of the Green Door Board of Directors. During her 20-years at Green Door, the agency grew by 600%. Carrie is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is a member of the AICPA and MACPA.
Carrie graduated from Western Maryland College with a bachelor’s in business administration and minors in accounting and economics. Carrie is an active member on the PTA boards for Greenwood Elementary and Rosa Parks Middle School.
