Jade-Zofii Alexander

Jade Alexander started her career as a trauma counsellor working with sex workers who had experienced violence at work. It was during this time that she developed an interest in human rights, social justice, and the biopsychosocial impacts of trauma.

With 18 years of experience in clinical care provision Jade has worked as a specialist consultant with NSW Police Detectives, the Department for Defence, and numerous health and tertiary organizations championing best practice innovation in healthcare across prevention, early intervention, medical management, and critical incident services.

In the last eight years, Jade has successfully led clinical, strategic, and operational services across corporate and health organizations specializing in actioning complex governance, ensuring clinical legislative compliance, the provision of ethical integrated care, operational conformance, and performance standards at a state and national level.

In September 2021 Jade commenced work as the Head of Clinical Care, Quality Assurance, and Compliance - Corporate Services with JewishCare, covering Aged-Care, Disability, and Mental Health (FaCS) service provision.
