Ilana Kaufman

Ilana Kaufman is the Chief Executive Officer at Jews of Color Initiative, where Ilana has been since June 2017. Prior to that, Ilana served as the Public Affairs and Civic Engagement Director at Jewish Community Relations Council, and as the Program Officer at Jewish Community Federation of San Francisco. Ilana also has experience as the Head of School at Windrush School and as the Assistant Head of School at Lick-Wilmerding High School. Ilana holds a Master of Education from Mills College and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from California State University-Humboldt.
