Mrs. Dula-King managed a team responsible for providing Human Resource Services in conjunction with Records and Document management for all Army personnel stationed at Ft. Irwin, California. In addition to four (4) years active duty Army experience as a Personnel Service Specialist, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Falana Dula-King has nine (9) years’ of rear echelon battlefield experience as a Property Control and Inventory Management Specialist. Mrs. Dula-King worked for several contractors supporting and automating equipment transfer and accountability processes. Working for contractor Kellogg Brown & Root (KBR), Mrs. Dula-King was responsible for tracking over $95M of U.S. Government property. She managed a team of over 100 employees which conducted physical inventories of 26,000 lines of durable and non-expendable property used to support military operations throughout Iraq.
Starting in June 2010, she was responsible for transferring U.S. Government property to Iraqi officials and government personnel under the USETT-I (United States Equipment Transfer To Iraq) program. Mrs. Dula-King is a Logistics Management Specialist with expertise in receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, tracking, packing and transporting property, from small, inexpensive units to multi-million dollar vehicles and aircrafts.
