Tracey Labarca

Tracey LaBarca has extensive work experience in various positions within the hospitality and retail industries.

Tracey most recently worked at JF Restaurants as the Human Resources Director and Assistant Director of Human Resources. Prior to that, they were an Assistant Manager at Quality Branded.

From 2019 to 2020, Tracey served as the Senior Learning and Development Manager at The Little Beet.

Before their role at The Little Beet, they held positions at Little Beet Table as the Director of Operations and General Manager.

Tracey also worked as an Assistant General Manager at Altamarea Group and as an Operational Leader at Catch Hospitality Group.

At GOOD Restaurant, they served as an Operational Specialist.

Tracey's early career included a position as a Senior District Merchandising Lead at H&M.

Tracey LaBarca obtained a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Southern New Hampshire University from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, Tracey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising from the Fashion Institute of Technology. Additionally, Tracey obtained a NYS License in Cosmetology from Empire Beauty School-Manhattan, specializing in Cosmetology, Barber/Styling, and Nail Instructor. In terms of additional certifications, Tracey obtained certifications in Design Thinking: Customer Experience, Foundations of Performance Management, Leadership Foundations, and Human Resources Foundations from LinkedIn in 2020.
