Erez Ben-Yaacov

Erez Ben-Yaacov has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the technical support and software engineering fields. Erez started their career at NICE Systems in 2004 as a .NET Software Engineer and later became the R&D Staging & Automation Team Leader. Erez then joined NICE Ltd in 2011 as an R&D Software Team Leader and went on to hold positions such as Advance Support Group Global TL, Manager of Business Applications & Analytics in Technical Support, and Director of Global Support. In 2020, they transitioned to JFrog and became the Director of Customer Support. Erez has since held roles as Senior Director and Head of Global Strategic Support, and currently serves as the Vice President of Technical Support.

Erez Ben-Yaacov completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Netanya Academic College between 2001 and 2004.
