Noam Zilberman

Noam Zilberman is a seasoned engineering leader currently serving as Sr. Director of Engineering Productivity at JFrog since January 2022. Prior to this role, Zilberman held various senior positions at eBay from April 2017 to January 2022, including Development, SRE, and DevOps Director, where responsibilities included building a high-traffic pipeline for catalog creation and leading SRE and DevOps teams. Zilberman also contributed significantly to eBay's Structured Data division, achieving high reliability metrics. Earlier experience includes over a decade at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, focusing on engineering excellence and QA across large R&D teams, as well as positions at Amdocs, managing professional services and development teams for telecommunications clients. Zilberman holds multiple degrees from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, including an M.Sc in Information Systems and two B.Sc degrees in Software Engineering and Information Systems, with honors.
