Diana Reinhart, ITIL

Diana Reinhart has extensive work experience in various roles related to accounts payable, collections, credit, IT asset management, and supply chain management.

From 2014 to the present, they have been working at Echelon Supply and Service, where they started as a Credit and Collections Specialist, overseeing accounts receivable for multiple branches across the USA. Diana acted as a liaison between the company and corporate customers, including international and Fortune 500 companies, local and federal government, and military departments. Diana also managed delinquent accounts and ensured outstanding debts were repaid. Diana then took on the role of Corporate Collections Manager/Financial Project Manager and is currently serving as the Corporate Accounts Payable Manager.

Diana also worked at JGB Enterprises, Inc. from 2017 to 2019 as a Credit & Collections Specialist/Financial Project Manager.

From 2013 to 2013, Diana worked at Progressive Expert Consulting as a Helpdesk Quality Assurance / IT Asset Management Project Lead. In this role, they provided quality assurance for online training classes and performed strategic consulting for upcoming ventures, specifically in European language and culture programs. Diana also conducted gap analysis for IT asset management and proposed improvements.

From 2009 to 2010, Diana worked at EDS Operations and Services, an HP Company, as a Service Relations Manager / Global Coordinator. Diana managed client IT assets for 56 European sites and remotely supervised Site Leads across 22 countries in Europe. Diana also advanced to the role of Global Coordinator overseeing multiple regions.

Prior to that, Diana worked at EDS Operations and Services from 1997 to 2009 as a Service Relations Manager in the supply chain department. Diana coordinated and unified warehouse management systems support teams across Europe for a major automobile manufacturer.

Diana Reinhart holds an Associate's degree in Accounting and Finance from AIB College of Business. Additionally, they obtained the ITIL Foundation Certified certification from the Information Technology Infrastructure Library in August 2005.
