Leo P.H. Yang, MRICS

Leo P.H. Yang, MRICS, has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Leo P.H. started their career in 2010 as a Manager in Asset Management & Real Estate Development, where they specialized in real estate investment and development. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as an Appraiser in the Urban Renewal Committee at the Real Estate Appraisers Office. In 2019, Leo joined Fubon Financial Holding Co., Ltd. as an Asset Manager, focusing on international real estate. Leo P.H.'sresponsibilities in this role included managing real estate assets. In 2022, they co-founded Leader Asset Proptech Consulting Ltd. and also began working at JGB Smart Property as the Director of Global Business Development. As an appraiser, Leo has experience in appraising real estate in the UK, US, and Taiwan.

Leo P.H. Yang holds a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge. Leo P.H. also earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Land Economics from National Chengchi University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Real Estate and Built Environment, as well as Business Administration, from National Taipei University.

In addition to their educational background, Leo P.H. Yang has obtained several certifications. Leo P.H. is a Land Administration Agent certified by the Taiwanese Government and holds the designation of Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) from RICS. Furthermore, they are certified as a Real Estate Appraiser and a Real Estate Realtor by the Taiwanese Government.
