Hitoshi Tanaka

Hitoshi Tanaka is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as Senior General Manager at JGC since April 2020, responsibilities include directing and supervising project management teams for various plant projects related to sustainable development goals (SDGs), including green ammonia, green hydrogen, and bioprocess plants. Prior roles at JGC America, Inc. and JGC CORPORATION involved managing specialty chemical projects, and earlier experience spans over two decades in chemical and mechanical engineering, particularly in oil refineries and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
