Guilherme de Souza Branquinho

Guilherme de Souza Branquinho is an experienced macroeconomic analyst with a background in the Brazilian economy. Since May 2015, Guilherme has been working at JGP as an Analista Macroeconômico, focusing on short-term forecasts and developing medium to long-term economic scenarios. Prior to this role, Guilherme served as a Macroeconomic Analyst at Kron Invest from April 2013 to May 2015, where similar responsibilities were undertaken. Guilherme's early career included internships in economic research at IPEA and GESEL from 2005 to 2007. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Economics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, complemented by a course in Economic Theory.
