Lisa Procaccio

Lisa Procaccio has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. Lisa currently serves as the Director of Client Experience - Commercial Risk at JGS Insurance, a Baldwin Risk Partner, a role they have held since 2013. Prior to that, they worked at Insurance Solutions & Services, Inc. as a Commercial Lines Account Manager from 2008 to 2013. From 2006 to 2008, they were an Executive Broker at Integro Insurance Brokers. Lisa also worked at Arthur J. Gallagher as an Area Vice President/Insurance Broker from 2001 to 2006, and at Aon as an Assistant Vice President/Account Executive from 1994 to 2001. In 1996, they briefly worked as an Entertainment Insurance Broker at Aon/Albert G. Ruben Insurance Services, Inc. Lisa's areas of expertise include client experience, commercial risk, and account management.

Lisa Procaccio, ARM, CIC holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from St. John's University, Tobin College of Business. In 2016, they earned an Associate in Risk Management Designation from The Institutes. Additionally, they obtained the Commercial Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation from The National Alliance.
