Bradley West

Bradley West has a wide-ranging career in Information Technology (IT), with experience in negotiation, procurement, delivery, configuration, deployment, and management of IT systems. Bradley has managed a fleet of over 650 endpoint devices, including security updates, AV protection, backups, and asset control/reporting. Bradley has also played key roles in training programs, copier management, and anti-virus/anti-malware recommendations.

Prior to their role at JHKelly, LLC, Bradley worked at Underwriters Laboratories Inc. as a LIMS Administrator and Application Systems Analyst, where they developed software system testing and validation procedures, consulted with customers about software system design and maintenance needs, and analyzed user needs and software requirements.

Before that, at Underwriters Laboratories Inc., Bradley worked as an IT Systems Specialist, maintaining Windows client and server operating systems, servicing PCs, laptops, servers, routers, switches, and performing network management and administration.

Previously, at Underwriters Laboratories, Bradley held multiple roles, including Applications Systems/Programmer Analyst, Programmer Analyst, and Laboratory Technician. In these positions, they gained experience in Lotus Notes application development and support, Lotus Notes administration, Visual Basic programming, web development, and SAN configuration and maintenance. Bradley also worked on the Y2K conversion and planning team and provided maintenance for Windows, Unix, and Linux systems.

Bradley's earliest work experience was as a CAD/CAM Programmer at AQL Test Labs, where they created CNC files and GERBER data for PCB test fixtures and administered UNIX mainframe and Novel network.

Before entering the IT field, Bradley worked as a Swing Shift Supervisor at Micro Power Electronics, where they were responsible for assembly line production, quality control, personnel management, and documentation.

Bradley West completed their Associate of Applied Science degree in Electronics Engineering from ITT Tech between the years 1984 and 1986.
