This position requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and creativity to optimize websites and content for search engines like Google, Bing, and Yahoo. Keyword Research and Analysis - Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value search terms relevant to the business. - Analyze search trends, competition, and user intent to develop an effective keyword strategy. - Use tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz to refine keyword selection.
On-Page Optimization - Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and URLs for target keywords. - Ensure proper internal linking structures to improve site architecture and user experience. - Implement schema markup and structured data to enhance search engine understanding.
Off-Page Optimization - Develop and execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks. - Manage guest posting, influencer outreach, and digital PR campaigns. - Monitor and disavow toxic backlinks to maintain domain authority.
Technical SEO - Conduct site audits to identify and fix technical issues (e.g., crawl errors, broken links, slow page speed). - Ensure mobile-friendliness, HTTPS security, and proper indexing. - Collaborate with developers to implement SEO best practices in website design and structure.
