Jon Hay

Jon Hay is a highly experienced professional who has held various roles in multiple organizations. Jon worked as a Vice President at JHNA and as a Program Director. Previously, they were a Surface Electronic Warfare Requirements Officer at the Chief of Naval Operations Staff N2N6W3. Jon has also worked as a Military Advisor for Cyber Operations at the US Department of State and as the N3 Operations Officer at the Navy Cyber Warfare Development Group. Earlier, they were the Surface Information Warfare Requirements Manager at the Chief of Naval Operations Staff and the Flag Aide to the Director of N2N6F. Jon has also led a team of 20 sailors as an Information Warfare Officer at USS MOMSEN DDG-92 and worked as a Network Operations Analyst at the National Security Agency.

Jon Hay earned their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Hawaii at Manoa in 1998 and then pursued a Master's Degree in Systems Engineering at the Naval Postgraduate School, from 2006 to 2008. Jon has also obtained several certifications over time, including OMG-Certified Systems Modeling Professional: Model User (OCSMP) from OMG in November 2021 and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)², along with an Engineering Level 2 certification from Defense Acquisition University.
