Andreea Capanu

Andreea Capanu, CIR has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and companies. Andreea began their career in 2002 as a Sales Analyst at Waldy Com in Bucharest, Romania. In 2003, they worked as an Economist at Fildas Trading, also in Bucharest.

In 2007, Andreea joined ACDI/VOCA, where they held multiple roles. Andreea started as an International Recruiter and later became the Deputy Director of International Recruitment/New Business Development. Their tenure at ACDI/VOCA lasted until 2015.

Following their time at ACDI/VOCA, Andreea joined Creative Associates International as a Recruitment Manager from August 2015 to September 2017. From 2017 to 2022, they worked at Nathan Associates Inc. as the Director of International Recruiting.

Currently, Andreea is employed by Jhpiego as the Global Talent Acquisition Lead, a role they assumed in June 2022.

Andreea Capanu, CIR has a Master of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Florida, which they obtained from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, Romania, completing their studies from 1998 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, Andreea holds the certification of AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) from the institution AIRS.
