Naoko Doi

Naoko Doi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in market access and HIV diagnostics. Currently serving as Team Lead for Market Access and Senior Technical Advisor at Jhpiego since December 2021, Doi previously held the position of Director of Market Access at TB Alliance from September 2020 to December 2021. Doi's tenure at the Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc. spanned nearly a decade, during which various roles included Director and Associate Director of HIV Diagnostics, focusing on managing substantial grant portfolios and driving the adoption of innovative HIV diagnostic products across multiple countries. Doi began a career in the corporate sector at Kyocera America, contributing to strategic recommendations and market forecasts. Doi holds a Master of Pacific International Affairs from UC San Diego and a Bachelor of Arts in International Legal Studies from Sophia University.
