Ryan Nicotra

Ryan Nicotra currently serves as a Development Manager at Jhpiego since August 2024 and has been an Adjunct Professor in Arts Management at Goucher College since July 2017, teaching courses designed to address contemporary challenges in the artistic and cultural sectors. Previous roles include Director of The Gilman Fund at Gilman School, where Ryan led an annual giving program, and Associate Director of Annual Giving at McDaniel College, focusing on alumni and community engagement. Earlier experiences include Assistant Director of the Annual Fund and Digital Engagement at The Maryland Institute College of Art, Development Director at Single Carrot Theatre, and Company Director at BOOM Theatre Co., along with roles in education as Adjunct Faculty at Cecil College and a columnist for Harford’s Heart Magazine. Ryan holds a Master of Arts in Arts Administration from Goucher College and a Bachelor of Arts in Theater Arts from Flagler College.
