Ana Carolina Friedmann has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Ana Carolina started their career as an Estágio de Férias|Vendas at Walt Disney World, where they were responsible for customer service and sales. Ana Carolina then worked as a Knowledge and Institutional Intern at MCF Consultoria e Conhecimento, providing information on the luxury business and organizing research projects.

Ana Carolina later joined FAAP as a Consultora | Fórum FAAP de Discussão Estudantil, where they worked on academic and administrative projects, managed human resources, and handled event planning and promotion. After that, they worked at the British Consulate General as a Global Issues Intern, monitoring Brazil's stance on global policies, and as a Commercial Assistant Manager, promoting trade and investment for British companies in the construction and environmental sectors.

In 2012, Friedmann returned to JHSF as a Marketing Analyst, supporting marketing operations of shopping centers, and later became a Sr. International Commercial Analyst, responsible for prospecting and negotiating with international brands. Ana Carolina then joined La Lampe Iluminação as a Sales Manager, overseeing retail stores and B2B sales teams, and later became a Product Manager, responsible for designing and implementing sell-in and sell-out strategies.

Friedmann's most recent position is as the Head of Commercial Development JHSF Malls at JHSF. In this role, they manage the commercial development of JHSF Shopping Centers and supports the sales team in achieving strategic objectives. Their experience showcases their ability to lead and manage commercial operations and develop successful business strategies.

Ana Carolina Friedmann earned a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado in 2010. Ana Carolina then completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Luxury Management at the same institution from 2012 to 2013.
