David Macon

David Macon has been in the sales and marketing industry for over 30 years. David began their career in 1991 as an Assistant Beverage Manager/Supervisor at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. David then moved to the Marriott Phoenix Resort Tempe at The Buttes in 1994 as a Beverage Manager. In 1995, they became the Food & Beverage/Restaurant Manager at Grayhawk Golf Club. In 1997, they were an Account Executive at Youngs Market Company (Formerly known as Republic National Dist., Former United Beverage Co. of AZ). From 2000 to 2014, they worked at New Belgium Brewing in various roles, including West Division Sales Director, Regional Director, and Beer Ranger (Account Level Sales Representative). From 2014 to 2022, they were the Chief Sales Officer at Firestone Walker Brewing Company. In 2022, they became the Founder of The Macon Company, LLC and the Chief Sales Officer at Jiant.

David Macon has a Bachelor of Science in Applied Management from Grand Canyon University which they are expected to complete in 2023. David previously attended Scottsdale Community College from 1991 to 1994, studying Physical Therapy/Therapist. Before that, they served in the US Navy from 1986 to 1990.
