Yoni Shuster

Yoni Shuster is the Co-Founder and CTO of Balance since 2020 and a Crew Member at Jibe Ventures since June 2021. Previously, Yoni co-founded and served as CTO at Q.AI from 2018 to December 2019 and worked at PayPal from January 2016 to April 2019 as a Senior Product Manager for Consumer Products, overseeing P2P payments and leading compliance initiatives. Yoni also held the position of Senior Decision Scientist at PayPal, managing risk portfolios for P2P payments. Prior experience includes research at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where Yoni earned a Master’s Degree in Molecular and Structural Biochemistry, and intelligence roles in the Israel Defense Forces. Yoni completed Y Combinator's program in 2020.
