Ayush Sharma has worked in the IT sector since 2013. Ayush began their career at Accenture as a Senior Software Engineer where they were an Automation and Manual Test Engineer for 33 months. In 2018, they joined FreightBro as a Product Manager, where they handled the Elite offering of FreightBro Logistics, worked with India's top Freight-Forwarders to implement and customize the Elite product, worked on API integration projects, created new features for Inquiry Management, and collaborated with 3rd parties to utilize their offerings and enhance product features. In 2020, they joined Jifflenow as a Product Manager, where they managed an Enterprise level SaaS product. Ayush wore multiple hats of Product Owner, UAT tester, and product manager for successful implementation of all projects. Ayush achieved a 30% reduction in support team cost, 20% reduction in sales team efforts, 30% increase in product usage, 40% increase in product usage, 10% increase in product renewal, and 50% increase in product usage.

Ayush Sharma completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Jaypee University of Engineering and Technology between 2009 and 2013. Ayush then completed their Class 12th in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry from Tilak Public School in 2008-2009. In 2017-2019, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS). In 2018, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from KPMG India.
