MANOHAR REDDY

Manohar Reddy has extensive experience in finance and legal roles. MANOHAR began their career in 2000 as an Accounts Executive at Gopichand Rohra and Associates Private Limited. In 2006, they moved to Sushmita Chowdhury and Co as an Accounts Executive. From 2007 to 2015, they worked at Cognizant Technology Solutions as an Associate - Legal, handling legal and financial responsibilities. In 2015, they joined Emulex, an Avago Technologies Company, as a Financial Analyst. MANOHAR was responsible for preparing and publishing monthly and quarterly financial reports, as well as Accounts Payable activities. In 2016, they began working at Jifflenow as a Senior Manager Finance and Legal. In this role, they were responsible for end-to-end financial accounting and compliance activities for the India and US business operations. MANOHAR also represented the finance and compliance function at various strategic meetings and discussions. From 2013 to 2016, they also worked as a freelance consultant.

Manohar Reddy has a comprehensive educational background. MANOHAR completed their SSC from Maharshi Vidya Mandir in 1994. MANOHAR then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from Srivenkateshwara University in Accounting and Finance from 1994 to 1998. In 2009, they completed the Executive Programme (inter) & Pursuing Final (one group completed) from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India in Corporate Law. MANOHAR then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Sri Krishnadevaraya University in Corporate Law from 2017 to 2020. MANOHAR is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM) from Sri Krishnadevaraya University in Corporate and Securities Law, which they are expected to complete by 2022. MANOHAR also has an MBA in Finance from SMU.
