Jason Victor has a diverse work experience. Jason started their career in 2006 as a Coordinator at ONCAMPUS, uOttawa, where they created and coordinated events and programs for student groups. Jason then worked as the Lead Coordinator at Eastern Ontario Coordinator, where they planned and executed events for university students. In 2010, they became an After School Program Leader at Okanagan Boys and Girls Club and a Tour Guide at Evolve Tours. In 2011, they worked as the Event Planning & Catering Coordinator at Grounded Kitchen & Coffeehouse. Jason co-founded, co-owned, and operated Pop Up Patios in 2012. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Web Coordinator at gordongroup marketing + communications. In 2016, they joined Fireside Conference as an Operations Manager and Jiffy as the Head of City Operations. Overall, Jason Victor has a wide range of experience in various roles and industries.

Jason Victor completed their education at various institutions. In 2003, they enrolled at the University of Ottawa, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree, specializing in Leisure Studies and minoring in Business Administration. Jason successfully completed this degree in 2009. Later, in 2013, Jason attended the Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology for two separate programs. Firstly, they completed an Ontario College Graduate Certificate Program in Media and Design. Additionally, they pursued Interactive Multimedia at the same institution.
