Celine McNamara

Celine McNamara has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Celine began their career at SUPERVALU as an HR Staff Manager in 2004. After that, they worked at Atlantic Homecare as an HR Support Manager from 2005 to 2007. Celine then joined HMSHost as an HR Manager from 2007 to 2012. Celine gained experience in managing the HR function in three hotels in Dublin West as an HR Cluster Manager at Dalata Hotel Group from 2012 to 2014. Following this, Celine joined RTÉ as the Head of HR - Radio, where they were responsible for overseeing 400+ staff and leading strategic HR initiatives from 2014 to 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Human Resources Director at Jigsaw - The National Centre for Youth Mental Health since August 2020. Celine has a strong background in various HR areas such as recruitment, industrial relations, training and development, and strategic planning.

Celine McNamara completed their Leaving Certificate at Mercy College from 1990 to 1996. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services at DIT Aungier St from 2003 to 2007, earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree.
