Faith Lawani is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in customer service and front office operations. Currently serving as a Front Desk Officer at iRecharge Tech Innovations since December 2021, Faith excels in greeting guests, directing visitors, managing incoming calls, and handling mail deliveries. Prior experience includes the role of Offline Manager at Jiji.ng and Customer Service Representative at One Network Integrated Links Limited, as well as working as a Cashier and Customer Service representative at Miniso Nigeria. Faith holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Federal University Lafia, completed in 2018.
