Alessandra Marra is currently serving as the Global Client Experience & CRM Coordinator at JIL SANDER since July 2022, where responsibilities include planning and executing high-impact client experiences, developing tailored customer strategies, and overseeing CRM initiatives. Previously, Alessandra worked at Fendi from January 2020 to July 2022 as a WW CRM Business Intelligence Associate, focusing on client behavior analysis and CRM strategy development.
