Donna Mccole - Rodriguez

Donna McCole-Rodriguez has over 20 years of work experience in the field of human resources. Donna started their career in 1996 as a Human Resources Associate at Ladenburg Thalmann, a leading innovator in the independent broker-dealer and advisory space. During their time there, they focused on empowering and strengthening subsidiaries while embracing their unique cultures and identities. In 2003, they joined Jimcor Agencies as the Vice President of Human Resources. Jimcor Agency Inc. is a family-owned and operated MGA/wholesaler with national reach. Donna's role at Jimcor involved maintaining a local presence and understanding the nuances in the regions the agency partners represented.

Donna McCole-Rodriguez, PHR, SHRM-CP has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing Management from Baruch College and a Master of Science (MS) in Human Resources Management from The New School. Donna obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI in June 2020 and the SHRM-Certified Professional and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certifications from the Society for Human Resource Management in 2015. Donna also obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2005.
