Frosina Ristovska (she/her)

Frosina Ristovska is a Co-Founder at WhiHub since January 2023. Frosina also works as a Talent Development Specialist at Jimdo starting from June 2023. Prior to that, they were a Business Coach at Speexx starting from December 2022. Frosina has also worked as a Psychotherapist and Coach at Mindsurance starting from November 2022 and as an Affiliated Psychotherapist at Workplace Options since August 2020. Frosina has served as a Board Member at ODN Europe starting from October 2019 and as a Complaints Committee Member at the European Association for Gestalt Therapy starting from October 2018. In addition, Frosina has been a Licensed Supervisor for Psychological Counseling and Psychotherapy at the Chamber of Psychologists in N. Macedonia since January 2021. From 2015 to December 2022, they worked as an Organization Development Consultant, Coach, and Trainer at Gestalt in Organizations-GO center for Organizational Development and Coaching. Prior to that, they held the role of Head of Learning and Development at The Big Search from March 2020 to November 2022.

Frosina Ristovska has a diverse education history in the field of psychology and counseling. Frosina obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University Sts. Cyril and Methodius- Skopje in 2009. Frosina then pursued a Master's degree in Personality and Counseling from the same university, completing it in 2015. Frosina furthered their education by pursuing a Doctoral degree in Psychology of organizations and labor from the University Sts. Cyril and Methodius Skopje, which they are expected to complete in 2023.

In addition to their academic degrees, Frosina has also pursued various certifications and training programs to enhance their knowledge and skills. Frosina received the European accredited gestalt psychotherapist certification from the European Association for Gestalt Therapy in 2016. In 2017, they obtained the European certificate of psychotherapy from the EAP European Association of Psychotherapy.

Frosina also has certifications in coaching and organizational development. Frosina received the Certificate in Relational Organizational Gestalt from Relational Change in 2017, and a Certificate in Relational Supervision (Psychotherapy and Organizational) from the same institution in 2018. In 2015, they completed the Systemic Mapping Coaching program from Mackewn Nowhere.

To further their professional development in coaching, Frosina obtained the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation in September 2021. Frosina is also a member of the International Coaching Federation, as indicated by their ICF Member Badge acquired in August 2021. In January 2021, they became a Lumina Learning Practitioner in Lumina Spark.

Additionally, Frosina has a background in psychotherapy and personal growth. Frosina attended the Gestalt Institute Skopje from 2010, focusing on psychotherapy. Frosina also participated in Integrative Psychotherapy and Personal Growth training at the Center for Growth, Counseling, and Psychotherapy in Skopje from 2007 to 2009.
