Customer Experience Specialist at Jimdo

Katharina Figge's work experience begins with their current role as a Customer Experience Specialist at Jimdo, a position they have held since June 2023. Katharina Figge's education history begins with their Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics from the University of Cologne, which they obtained between 2010 and 2014. Following that, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in German Language Teacher Education at The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg from 2015 to 2018. Recently, in 2021 and 2022, Katharina attended Designlab where they completed the UX Academy - UX/UI Design Bootcamp.

Lastly, in October 2022, Katharina successfully completed the UX Academy program at Designlab.
