Patrícia Ribeiro

Patrícia Ribeiro has extensive work experience in software development, with a focus on frontend and backend technologies. Patrícia is currently working as a Senior Frontend Engineer at Jimdo since 2021. Before that, they were a Senior Software Engineer at Turbine Kreuzberg from 2018 to 2021, where they worked on large ecommerce projects and innovative tech ventures. Patrícia also served as a Team Lead, training and guiding colleagues on various technologies. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Developer at CONTENTSERV AG from 2016 to 2017, where they worked as a full-stack developer using the LAMP stack. Patrícia took on lead roles in research, architectural design, and code implementation. Patrícia began their career as a Trainee/Junior Software Developer at frinch Lda. from 2015 to 2016, where they focused on backend development. Patrícia also has experience in non-technical roles as a Speech Language Pathologist at a house call service and Residência Sol & Mar from 2012 to 2014. Patrícia also worked as an Elementary Education & English Tutor at Academia dos Valentes from 2011 to 2012.

Patrícia Ribeiro's education history begins with obtaining a Licentiate degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Pathologist from the University of Algarve's School of Health Sciences. Patrícia attended this program from 2007 to 2011. Later on, they pursued a Graduate Degree in Oral and Maxillofacial Motor Intervention from the E.PAP Center, which they completed between 2012 and 2013.

Furthermore, Patrícia pursued another Licentiate degree, this time in Computer Engineering, which they obtained from the University of Algarve from 2014 to 2017.

In addition to their academic degrees, Patrícia has also obtained certifications in various areas. In 2011, they obtained the Certificado de Competências Pedagógicas (CCP) from IEFP. Later on, they received certifications in HTML5 & CSS, jQuery, and Responsive Design with Bootstrap from Free Code Camp in 2015.
