Troy Morano

Troy Morano is an accomplished real estate executive with extensive experience in managing and expanding retail operations across various companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Real Estate at Jimmy Jazz since March 2012, Troy oversees the nationwide expansion of over 200 stores across multiple brands, emphasizing site selection, deal negotiation, and portfolio management. Previously, Troy held leadership roles at Rita's Italian Ice as Director of Real Estate, managing site selection and lease negotiations for over 600 locations, and at Foxton's, Inc., where responsibilities included property location and lease management in New Jersey. Other notable positions include Director of Leasing at New World Coffee Inc. and Director of Real Estate and Operations at Ecomat, Inc., among others, showcasing a proven track record in successful lease negotiations and market expansion. Troy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Management from Bergen Community College.
