Maria Gallifa Samaniego

Maria Gallifa Samaniego has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Maria started their career as an International Recruitment Consultant in Talent Search People, where they managed recruitment processes for national and international profiles. Maria later worked as a Recruitment Specialist, responsible for the full cycle recruiting process for multilingual profiles.

Maria then joined Gorillas as a Talent Partner, where they played a key role in hiring and standardizing processes as the company transformed from a startup to a scaleup. Maria also provided interview training and implemented initiatives to ensure diverse pipelines and equal opportunities for candidates.

Maria continued their recruitment career as a Senior Talent Partner at Miro and Staffbase, where they focused on technical recruitment. Maria created a sourcing strategy, implemented new technical questions, and contributed to improving the recruitment process and candidate experience.

Maria also worked as a Senior Talent Partner at Talentful, where they supported various tech companies in their recruitment efforts. Maria joined Jina AI as a Talent Acquisition Manager, responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles.

Throughout their career, Maria has demonstrated strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and process improvement. Maria has experience working with startups and scaleups in various industries, including AI, technology, and delivery services.

Maria Gallifa Samaniego completed a Master's degree in Forensic Psychology from Universitat de Barcelona from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same university, studying from 2013 to 2017. In 2020, Maria completed a short course in Human Resources Management, Optimization, and Organization called "Gestión de Recursos Humanos, Optimización y Organización" at MAINFOR - Innovación Tecnológica y Educativa. Additionally, in 2017, they completed a course in Psychology at Universitat de Barcelona.
