Mirek Tokaj

Mirek Tokaj has a rich and extensive work experience in the marketing and sales industry. Mirek began their career in 1992 as a Sales Representative at Kalamazoo Business Systems and later worked as a Sales Manager at Macrosoft Sp. z o.o in 1992. In 1993, they joined Mobil Plastics Europe and worked as a Sales Representative before being promoted to the role of Product Manager for Label Films.

In 1999, Mirek moved to ExxonMobil and took on the role of Sales Manager for Label Films in Europe. Mirek later became the Marketing Manager for Films Europe, where they were responsible for marketing activities for the Films Business in Europe. During their time at ExxonMobil, Mirek also served as a Sales Manager for Films in Western Europe, Sales Manager for Adhesive Business in Europe, and Business Process Improvement Manager.

In 2013, Mirek joined Jindal Films as the Sales and Marketing Director. Mirek later transitioned into the role of Marketing Director, where they currently manage a team of 13 employees. Their responsibilities include product management, business development, and marketing communications, with a focus on the Packaging and Labelling sectors. Mirek has achieved significant accomplishments at Jindal Films, including introducing new products that contributed to over 50% of the company's growth and developing a sustainability program for recyclable flexible packaging structures.

During the years 2017-2018, Mirek also took on the additional responsibility of leading the Central Quality Management team at Jindal Films.

Mirek Tokaj graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology in 1991 with a degree in Mechanics. In 2004, they pursued further education in an Advanced Industrial Marketing Strategy Program at INSEAD. Later, in 2006, Mirek attended the Thunderbird School of Global Management for the ExxonMobil New Leader Program, but the end year for this education is not specified.
