Vikash Pradhan

Vikash Pradhan has extensive experience in the field of HR, starting their career in 2010 with Hindustan Zinc Limited. VIKASH initially worked as an Executive HR from June 2010 to March 2013. VIKASH then advanced to the role of Associate Manager HR from April 2014 to April 2015.

Following their tenure at Hindustan Zinc Limited, Vikash joined Tata Steel in April 2015. During their time at Tata Steel, they served as an HR Manager from April 2015 to July 2018. VIKASH was then promoted to the position of Senior Manager HRM, where they worked from July 2018 to March 2021.

Vikash Pradhan's most recent work experience is as the Head HR & IR at Jindal Industries Pvt. Ltd., a position they have held since March 2021.

Vikash Pradhan completed their Matriculation at St. Joseph's Public School from 1996 to 2002. VIKASH then pursued an Intermediate degree at Ishan International Public School from 2002 to 2004, specializing in PCB (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology). Continuing their education in the field of Social Work, Vikash obtained a BSW (Bachelor of Social Work) from Bhim Rao Ambedkar College between 2005 and 2008. Finally, they completed their MSW (Master of Social Work) at Tata Institute of Social Sciences from 2008 to 2010.
