Saurin Dutta

Saurin Dutta currently serves as the Corporate Head of HR, IR, Admin, EHS, and CSR at Shankar Packagings Limited since March 2022, providing strategic leadership across multiple business verticals with a workforce exceeding 5,000 across 12 plants. Saurin has extensive experience in human resources, having previously held significant roles at SANGHI INDUSTRIES LTD, Sayaji Hotels Ltd, Sanghvi Forging and Engineering Ltd, Sodexo India, and Future Group India, where key contributions included developing people strategies, managing large HR teams, and implementing talent management initiatives. Educational credentials include completion of the CHRO Program at XLRI Jamshedpur and various degrees from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, complemented by a strong foundation in labor laws and system administration.
