Anurag Shrivastava

Anurag Shrivastava has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the steel and pipe manufacturing industry. Anurag started their career in 1991 at JBM Group, where they served as the DGM Materials until 2005. Anurag then joined Jay Bharat Maruti Ltd as the DGM Purchase and continued in the role until 2005. In the same year, they also worked at Mittal Steel as the DGM - Purchase. From 2005 to 2010, they held the position of GM at ArcelorMittal and then transitioned to become the Director Purchase until 2011.

In 2011, Anurag Shrivastava moved to Jindal Saw Limited, where they served as the President. During their tenure, they successfully implemented a project for a pipe mill and managed the complete operations of the pipe plant, achieving positive EBIDTA in the first year. Anurag also obtained product certifications and patents, introducing new value-added products in the market.

Furthermore, they held the position of President - Corporate Projects at Jindal Saw Limited from 2014 to 2016, where they led expansion and growth plans for the company. Anurag executed projects for the manufacturing of stainless steel tubes and pipes as well as ductile iron pipes. Additionally, they served as the President of the Abu Dhabi Ductile Iron pipe plant operation, where they managed operations and introduced successful innovations in the market.

Anurag Shrivastava pursued their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from two different institutions. From 1981 to 1986, they attended Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya, where they focused on Mechanical Engineering. Simultaneously, they also studied at Govt Engineering College, Jabalpur, from 1981 to 1986, specializing in the same field.
