Jose Martinez

Jose Martinez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the substation and construction sectors. Currently serving as Construction Manager at Jingoli Power, LLC since February 2019, Jose is contracted with San Diego Gas & Electric as a Field Contract Advisor for Substation Below Grade Work. Prior to this role, Jose built a long tenure at Herman Weissker Inc as a Substation Contract Administrator since October 2010, after returning to San Diego Gas & Electric following a 22-year career that included significant time dedicated to substation work.
