Kella Shyam

Kella Shyam is an experienced professional in training and development, currently serving as Manager-State Enterprise Training Lead at Jio since April 2023, where responsibilities include conducting NHIP & RFR programs and TTT programs for Line Managers. Previously, Kella held the position of Deputy Manager at Centum Learning, part of upGrad, focusing on delivering learning solutions for the Bharti Group - Airtel. Additional experience includes serving as Development Manager at SBI Life Insurance, where Kella conducted IRDAI IC38 trainings, and working at Zomato as a Logistics Specialist, handling training, operations, and data analysis. Kella began a career at Wipro Limited as an Associate Engineer with a focus on quality analysis for Uber. Kella holds an MBA in HR & Operations from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a BTech in Telecommunications Engineering from the College of Engineering, Bhubaneswar.
