Tommi Salonen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategy, business development, and change management within industrial companies. Since May 2002, Tommi has served as Executive Chair of the Board and CEO at Oy Swot Consulting Finland Ltd, leading various projects aimed at enhancing business growth.
