Nicola Barcroft

Nicola Barcroft (Assoc CIPD) currently serves as the Head of HR Operations and Systems at Jisc, a position held since September 2021, and also functions as an HR Partner. Previously, Nicola held multiple HR roles at The Guinness Partnership from January 2014 to August 2021, including HR Operations Team Leader, where responsibilities included managing a team of six administrators to ensure high-quality onboarding, customer service, and compliance. Other roles included HR Coordinator, providing first-line HR support, and Senior HR Administrator, focusing on onboarding and compliance with CQC legislation. Prior to this, Nicola worked at Hays from 2007 to 2014 in various recruitment capacities, including North West Account Manager for Permanent Partnerships and Recruitment Consultant, specializing in temporary recruitment. Nicola's educational background includes studies at Oldham College and Our Lady's RC High School.
