Sophie Haworth has extensive experience in customer success and data analytics, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success Operations at Jisc since October 2019. In this role, Sophie leads customer success teams to implement the data analytics and customer enablement strategy, overseeing the entire customer journey from initial interest to renewal. Previously, Sophie held the position of Customer Success Operations Manager at Jisc, where the focus was on developing the customer success function within the Data Analytics Directorate. Prior experience includes various roles at the Higher Education Statistics Agency, including Customer Success Manager, Senior Training Consultant, and Training Consultant from January 2009 to September 2019.
