Service Design Lead at Jiva

Juneza Niyazi has had a diverse range of work experiences in various companies. Juneza currently holds the position of Service Design Lead at Jiva since July 2022. Prior to that, Juneza worked as the Organizer & Knowledge Partner at Service Design Drinks India starting from December 2020. Juneza also served as the Lead Service Designer at Matter from January 2020 to June 2022. Before that, Juneza worked as a Service Designer at Accenture from January 2019 to January 2020. Juneza was a UX Designer at UnifyMe from June 2018 to September 2018, where they focused on improving the user flow and experience of their mobile app and Admin application. Juneza also worked as a UX Designer at InArtist from December 2017 to April 2018, where they were involved in website redesign and user testing. Juneza started their career as a Product Designer and Research Assistant at Think Happy Everyday from November 2016 to April 2017. Juneza also gained experience as a Project Manager at Apical Reform from July 2016 to October 2016 and as an Architectural Intern at Anthill Design from August 2015 to May 2016.

Juneza Niyazi completed their high school education in PCM-Computer at CMR Group of Institutions from 2009 to 2011. Juneza then pursued a Bachelor of Architecture at RV College of Architecture from 2011 to 2016. In 2017 and 2018, they furthered their education by obtaining a Masters Degree in Interaction Design from Harbour.Space.
