Tejas Dinkar

Tejas Dinkar has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Tejas currently holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at Jiva, a role they began in April 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Engineering at Jiva from April 2021 to March 2022.

Tejas has also worked at various other companies, including Open Source, where they were an Open Source Developer. During their career, they worked on multiple Open Source projects.

At Quintype, Inc, Tejas held the position of VP Engineering from May 2016 to March 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Engineering from January 2015 to April 2016.

Tejas acted as a Technical Advisor at Weddington Way (Acquired by Gap Inc.), a social shopping platform for bridal parties. Tejas continued in this role after their involvement through Nilenso, a consulting firm, until Weddington Way's acquisition.

Before that, they were an Executive Partner at Nilenso Software, an employee-owned software cooperative, where they handled day-to-day operations, including recruiting, sales, and budgeting.

Tejas also has experience at C42 Engineering, where they took on the role of CEO in addition to being a developer. Tejas oversaw the consulting arm of the company and managed its finances. Tejas also worked on Ruby on Rails projects and was part of the RubyMonk team.

Tejas started their career as a Software Developer at ThoughtWorks, a software consultancy, where they primarily worked on a large project for a Consulting Group. Tejas also had a software internship at Geodesic.

Tejas Dinkar completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science in Engineering at PES University from 2005 to 2009. Afterward, Tejas pursued a Master of Science in Computer Science at the Illinois Institute of Technology from 2013 to 2017. Tejas also attended the National Academy of Learning, but no specific degree or field of study was provided for this institution.
